24-Hour Monitoring & Support
Some businesses may have more demanding support needs. If your business has critical systems that need to be up all the time, we offer 24-hour monitoring and support. Our fault-tolerant system design and around-the-clock onsite support availability mean you can focus on providing top-quality healthcare, customer support or services without worrying about your next systems crash. And if there is a failure, we’ll have a technician out quickly to get you back up ASAP, regardless of the time of day.
We provide Level 1 and Level 2 remote phone support to its current customers via RedBaron Consulting's Technical Support Desk. Customers have access to Technical Support Engineers during business hours (7 AM to 7 PM) Monday through Friday to resolve workstation and server issues, network connectivity problems and application inquiries. Most service requests are initiated via the Support Desk.
Some problems have to be fixed in person. You can rest assured that our remote support and 24-hour monitoring are there to help you, not to prevent us from coming to you. If you need onsite support or a consultation, we’re a phone call away.
Remote Technical Assistance
Sometimes, even really large companies don’t need someone there 24-7. If the kind of business you run only requires that your employees be able to ask an expert for assistance when they need it, we have remote support options. They won’t even have to leave their desk!
If someone has an issue, instead of wasting their valuable time (or their co-workers) trying to troubleshoot it, one of our expert technicians can log into their computer remotely. We can actually see what they’re seeing on their screen so we can better understand what their problem is. And if they need us to, we can temporarily take control of their computer to do more complex functions they don’t know how to do themselves. When we’re finished, the connection is ended and we can’t regain access unless someone lets us. It’s a fast and completely secure way to get instant support.
